In my practice I focus on working with top executives and their teams as well as developing top talents. Furthermore, I am specialised in facilitating workshops, strategic off-sites as well as conflict mediation.

Professional Experience
I held various global leadership and management roles in the areas of leadership and organisational development in the insurance, financial service and automotive industry. In the recent years before I became self-employed, I was responsible full-time for Executive Development at a global insurance company. A particular focus of my work was to advise and coach top executives and their teams as an internal coach. Additionally, I acted as a senior consultant for organisational change and transformation initiatives. I also offered my expertise as a freelance executive coach. During this time, I began to offer my expertise as a freelance executive coach and organizational consultant.
