Over more than 20 years I built my expertise in executive coaching as well as leadership and organisational development. In my practice I focus on working with top executives and their teams as well as developing top talents. Furthermore, I am specialised in facilitating workshops, strategic offsites as well as conflict mediation.

Currently, I am globally responsible for Executive Leadership Development at one of the leading global insurance firms. In addition to that I offer my expertise as a freelancing Executive Coach.
