Over more than 25 years I built my expertise in executive coaching as well as  leadership and organisational development. In my practice I focus on working with top executives and their teams as well as developing top talents. Furthermore, I am specialised in facilitating workshops, strategic off-sites as well as conflict mediation.

The primary goal of my works is to develop concrete solutions for your challenges together with you. Through my extensive experience in coaching and advising top executives I learned that discretion and confidentiality are the crucial factors to create success.

Based on my long-term experience as organisational psychologist I can support you and your team in organisational transformations and in creating strategic alignment.

Professional Experience

I held various global leadership and management roles in the areas of leadership and organisational development in the insurance, financial service and automotive industry. In the recent years before I became self-employed, I was responsible full-time for Executive Development at a global insurance company. A particular focus of my work was to advise and coach top executives and their teams as an internal coach. Additionally, I acted as a senior consultant for organisational change and transformation initiatives. I also offered my expertise as a freelance executive coach. During this time, I began to offer my expertise as a freelance executive coach and organizational consultant.

I published several articles on Coaching and Leadership Development.
