Over the last 25 years I have gathered extensive experience across different industries, cultures and hierarchical levels as a leadership development consultant and executive coach. The majority of my work has been on designing and facilitating development interventions for individuals, teams and business areas aiming at unlocking their full potential to achieve business results. In addition to this I have been faculty member for coaching with at the University of Applied Sciences Northern Switzerland since 2011. I also authored text book articles on leadership, coaching and burnout prevention.

As a leadership development expert and psychologist I seek to bring together the best of both the results-driven business world and psychological insights. I am focused, target-oriented and resource-activating. My clients feedback to me that they appreciate my wide range of experience, my authenticity and good sense of humor I bring to my work. Be it in 1:1 coaching, training or workshop facilitation I am keen on getting the best out of individuals and teams as well as of myself.

As a native Swiss my working languages are (Swiss-)German and English. I co-facilitates in French, too.

Professional Experience

My leadership and management development experience, developed over the last 25+ years, extends across a broad range of industry sectors including Financial Services, Information Technology, Retail, Academia, Health Services and Professional Services.

I started my career at UBS and continued it at Credit Suisse, working as an executive coach, leadership trainer and facilitator, senior project manager and leader both in Switzerland and the UK. As the global head of performance management I managed a team of management and leadership development specialists and had the overall responsibility for the roll-out of a globally consistent, 360° enabled on-line performance management process for over 40,000 users across more than 50 countries. I designed and facilitated organisational development and change management interventions and developed and delivered a big range of training on e.g. management and leadership, communication, presentation and negotiation skills, coaching for leaders, change management, personal development and assessment centres.
